ОСОБЛИВОСТІ ОРГАНІЗАЦІЇ КОРПОРАТИВНОЇ ОСВІТИ В США

Анотація
У статті визначено особливості організації корпоративної освіти в США, зокрема виявлено, що вона може здійснюватися внутрішніми силами організації (інсорсингова модель), із залученням зовнішніх провайдерів (аутсорсингова модель) та шляхом поєднання внутрішніх ресурсів із послугами сторонніх поставників освітніх послуг (гібридна модель). Встановлено, що основними зовнішніми провайдерами освітніх послуг для компаній є коледжі, університети, професійні асоціації, компанії-виробники комплексного обладнання, консалтингові компанії.
