STRUCTURAL FEATURES OF CORPORATE EDUCATION IN THE USA

Abstract

The article analyzes the structural features of corporate training in the United States which can be conducted involving internal resources of the organization (insourced model), external providers (outsourced model) and combining internal resources with external suppliers of educational services (hybrid model). It was found that the main external providers of educational services are colleges, universities, professional associations, manufacturers of complex equipment, consulting companies
