Abstract

The article shows the starting conceptual points of improvement of training of graduates from Higher Educational Institutions in the Ukrainian Internal Affairs Ministry system for the work with teenagers of “risk group”. It elucidates the main tendencies in constructing pedagogical education contents for students on the principle of systematic character, integrity and inter-subjects links.
