Abstract

The article highlights the problem of leader’s position that should be adopted by the primary teacher. He is to develop his pupils as leaders, thus, performing not only traditional roles of an organizer and informer, but also new leader’s roles and functions. Effectiveness of education process depends on teacher’s right choice of behaviour style and successful role performing.
