Abstract

The article deals with the research of the pedagogical ideas of M. M. Arkas in the conditions of the realization of national educational doctrine. The most important ideas of M. M. Arkas’s pedagogical conception, mainly, the development of a personality, the unity of teaching and education, humanism, democracy in the field of education, civic orientation of education have been analyzed.
