Abstract

In the article problems are examined linked from organizationally – by the pedagogical terms of perfection of an educate activity in higher agrarian educational establishments. Drawn a conclusion, that organizationally pedagogical terms consist of: upgrading pedagogical activity (personality, organizational, ergonomics, social); development of professional activity of teacher – squirearchy, him – motivational and emotionally – volitional spheres. Providing comes forward an important factor – of technical base without which an educate work can not be carried out in a complete measure.
