Abstract

Scientific methodical culture in the system of developing the professional competence of junior form teacher. The article deals with the place of scientific methodical culture in the system of formation of junior teacher’s professional competence. It defines the tasks, describes the components of scientific methodical culture, the model and organizational pedagogical conditions of its formation.
