CONDITIONS OF DEVELOPMENT OF SCIENTIFIC COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ENGINEERED RESEARCHERS IN PROFESSIONAL MAGNETIC TRAINING FOR EDUCATIONAL SCIENCE PROGRAM

The article raised the problem of development of research competence of future engineer-researchers in the process of professional training of masters in educational and scientific program in the system receive two diplomas – the diploma of NTU “KhPI” (Institute of power engineering, electronics and electrical engineering) in specialty “Energy Engineering”, specialization “Internal Combustion Engines” and the Warsaw University
of technology (Institute of transport), specialty “Mechanical Engineering” that strengthens meaningful integration of education and science and actualizes the necessity of critical analysis of problems of formation of professional competence. Three the competencies are allocated: professional-research competence, competence of scientific communication, educational competence, which appear as structuring and forming components of scientific competence. In accordance with the Educational and Professional Master’s Degree Program in specialty 142 “Energy Engineering”, specialization 142.04 “Internal Combustion Engines”, Higher Education Standards, and based on the study of the structural-content field of professional research activities future engineer-researchers identified the main activity components as forming the basis for the development
of scientific competence in the process of master’s training and the means of their development are determined.
