ORGANIZATIONAL AND MANAGERIAL COMPETENCE IN THE CONTEXT OF THE BASIC COMPETENCES OF FUTURE SOCIAL WORKERS

Abstract

The article deals with the psychological and pedagogical analysis of the concept of "organizational and managerial competence", reveals the diversity and contradictions of the authors in his interpretation. It is noted that despite the presence of a large number of scientific studies on the definition of this concept, it remains and remains controversial and requires more detailed study. The problem of organizational and managerial competence in the context of basic competences of future social workers in the process of studying at universities is considered. The essence, components and essence of the defined competence of professional activity of future social workers are determined.
