CONCEPT LEGAL EDUCATION IN THE ERA OF ANCIENT CIVILIZATIONS AND IN ANTIQUITY TIMES

Abstract

Тhe establishment and development of the issues of law and legal education in the era of Аncient civilizations and in Antiquity times are analyzed in this article. Emphasis is placed on the fact that emerged during the time of Аncient civilizations, the issues of legal education and legal culture in the formation of human society have evolved, and the legacy of the ancient Greek philosophers and the teaching of the philosophers of the Roman Empire suggest that respect for the law takes the fundamental place in legal education.
