ON IMPROVING MULTI-STAGE TRAINING OF FUTURE SPECIALISTS OF MARITIME EDUCATION IN EDUCATION HIGH SCHOOL

Abstract

The article describes and analyzes the complex contemporary issues related to the formation of the step of preparation of future specialists of Maritime education in the pedagogy of higher education. Given the need to improve multi-stage training of future specialists of the Navy, the author has selected a set of socio-pedagogi- cal conditions for continuing professional education of marine specialists necessary for the development of CH of professionalism, self-development and self-improvement during all active professional life
