The article is devoted to the description of the administrative and organizational conditions for the prepa- ration of future teachers for the trusteeship and educational activities with the children of migrants. The fol- lowing categories are: the conformity of the organization and the functioning of the educational process of the higher educational institutions to the needs of modern society, requirements to the level of professional development of the elementary school teacher; staff support; informational, technical and financial equipment of the pedagogical process; the development of the research and educational system and production partner- ship of higher educational institutions with various institutions of the system of social support and support of migrants’ children; monitoring of the process of formation of students' professional readiness and taking into account its results at the following stages of educational activity with students.
