MAIN APPROACHES TO THE DEFINITION OF PROFESSIONAL CULTURE

Abstract

The article touches upon the problem of the analysis of the main approaches to the definition of “profession- al culture”. It analyzes the research on this topic. The components of professional culture are mentioned. Pro- fessional culture is considered as a system of closely inter-connected components and as part of the spiritual culture, which is manifested in professional competence, skill comunicative skills, nom conscious readiness for self-education, self-development, professional self-improvement.
