The peculiarities of training the specialists on Labour Protection require to work on and to complete the methods of teaching, which permit, for example, to create principle new tendency in organization system. The specialist on Labour Protection, like a chess-player, who is trained in general rules of actions has to guess and choose the specific decision out of great number of variants of industrial situation. In this situation the specialist has to rely on his plausible
arguments. The confidence, the intuition, analysis, the usage of specific programs, permit to create realistic models of situations and operate them.
