THE SYSTEM OF VOCATIONAL TRAINING OF RAILWAY TRANSPORT SPECIALISTS IN UKRAINE IN THE PERIOD OF TSARIST RUSSIA GOVERNING (1900–1917)

Abstract

In the article the vocational training conditions of railway transport specialists at the beginning of the XX century during the period of tsarist Russia governing in the modern Ukraine frontiers are researched; gen- eralized analysis of the system formation of the railway transport specialists’ vocational training in Ukraine at the beginning of the 20th century, caused by the revolutionary development of railways is conducted. The key role of branch subordination of different types of educational institutions (institutes, railway technical schools,
railway secondary schools of first and second forms) to the Ministry of railway communication in the system formation of the railway transport specialists’ vocational training is demonstrated; the role and place of the different types of courses, technical libraries, Museum of railway transport in its formation is highlighted.
