PECULIARITIES OF PROFESSIONAL-PEDAGOGICAL CULTURE DEVELOPMENT OF PHYSICAL TRAINING AND SPORT SPECIALISTS

Abstract

Pedagogical conditions and factors, which determine professional-pedagogical culture development of physical training and sport specialists, are revealed in the article. We have defined conditions, which allow us to present the real structure of specialist professional-pedagogical culture, the main content of which is reflected in the world-view, organisational and communicative sub-structures. The results of factor analysis assure that the leading place in the structure of professional effectiveness of specialists is occupied by factors which
determine the development of ability to the communication and professional interconnection on the basis of possessing methods of social oriented influence on the processes and objects of professional-pedagogical ac- tivity.
