ORGANIZATION OF EDUCATIONAL PROCESS IN HIGHER ENGINEERING - TECHNICAL SCHOOLS (1917-1920-IES.)

The peculiarities of the educational process organization in higher engineering and
technical education in the 1917-1920 of the 20th century were reviled. The author described such
peculiarities as: using the methods of testing students: seminars, laboratory, "Dalton Plan",
research and others; improving the content of the educational process; the development of
curricula and programs; the introduction of the course system of study; division of educational
material on the theoretical and practical components; combining of teaching joint courses at
several departments; the implementation of quality control system of student learning as a result of
credits and examinations; the elimination of special committees; implementation of practice and
probation; writing and defense of diploma works etc.
