NEED TO STADY THE COMPETENCY APPROACH IN THE TRAINING OF SPECIALISTS IN TOURISM

Abstract

The article discusses the need for the study of competent approach to the training of
professionals of tourism as a factor in tourism development. Recognized major shortcomings in the
organization of vocational education tourism in Ukraine, summarized the positive experience of
Polish higher education institutions that are members of the European Union.
