MONITORING FEATURES TEACHER INTERACTION IN MODERN MANAGEMENT THEORY

Abstract

The article grounds education monitoring concept and pedagogical mutual interrelations in
the context of higher education. The education monitoring definition is given. The features of
monitoring of pedagogical cooperation of participants of higher school educational process are
distinguished and described. The an ultimate goal of educational monitoring, as a relatively
independent function of management within the framework of higher educational establishment, is
defined as an detection and evaluation of the conducted pedagogical actions that are basis of
informative accompaniment with the continuous correction of pedagogical mutual interrelations
with the purpose of the expected result achievement.
