VALUES OF STABLE AND TRANSITIVE EPOCH IN A CONTEXT OF STRATEGY OF EDUCATION

Abstract

The article presents characteristics of stable values and transition periods. Defined periods of stable performance values: economic prosperity, strong centralized government, the social value of man, ensure cultural continuity. The characteristics of values of transition periods: the crisis of  social structures, horizontal and vertical mobility in society, freedom of development interests and ideals.
