FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE ECONOMISTS IN LEARNING MATHEMATICAL DISCIPLINE

Abstract

Expediency of the use of competency approach in vocational training of economists is
proved. The notion “competence” is reviewed. The theoretical definition of the notion “formation
of professional competence” is made. The possibilities of mathematical courses in formation of
professional competence of the students of economic specialties are considered in this article.
