THE TEACHER-LEADER, AS THE INTELLECTUAL ELITE

Abstract

The article tells about the teacher-leader, as the intellectual elite, which sets the pace for the
development of education, science, culture and society. Leadership is defined as a form of academic
work, so the leadership must be an integral part of the training of future teachers and implemented
in the educational process of higher education. Based on the analysis of psychological and
educational literature and personal experience of the author defines the personality of the future
teacher leader, as a representative of the intellectual elite.
