Abstract

The given article concerns problems of the viewing specificity of own academic culture as pledge of radical restructuring success in the field of German higher education. Positive results of realization of conceptual positions of Bologna declaration is a consequence of consensus in the German academic environment which promoted working out of successful reforming strategy. This strategy has allowed to keep considerable potential of German higher educational institutions and to raise their competitiveness.
