Abstract

Today, in terms of huge changes in the social, economic and political life of Ukraine faced the problem of radical restructuring in the field of education. The task of school today – provide comprehensive personal development of each student, creating the necessary conditions. To make this goal lies with the teaching staff of the modern school, but more so for the class teacher, who must have, to this, certain abilities and skills in the theory and methods of education, methods, techniques, technologies of educational process, direct implementation of educational work.
