Abstract

The article deals with the problem of optimizing the relationship of teacher and student as an important factor in the formation of the personality of the future teacher in the conditions of high  school. Training highly qualified specialists carried out as continuous, consistent, integrated system, student – student – Specialist (Bachelor, Specialist, Master).
