Abstract

The article deals with the spiritual values education in terms of high school. The content of the leading stages of the educational process that promote spiritual values of the individual. The idea that spiritual self-improvement of high school teachers significantly impacts on educational process effectiveness increasing in the educational center of higher educational institution has been substantiated.
