ORGANIZATION OF INDEPENDENT WORK OF STUDENTS IN THE LMS MOODLE

Abstract

The article considers the problem of organization, management and control of the effectiveness of independent work of students when using information and communication technologies, in particular, the support system of the educational process Moodle. We discuss the possibilities of Moodle to create a learning environment in which the students carry out their independent work in the study of physics, as well as the ability of this system as a tool that mediates the communication between the teacher and students in their independent work. Also, we demonstrate created didactic materials for the implementation of the students’ independent work and are disclose methods of their application. It is shown that the use of systems of support of educational process for independent work of students can be considered the first step towards becoming a new, combined form of
the educational process – teaching-learning.
