INDICATORS AND CRITERIA OF COMMUNICATION COMPOSITION COMPETENCE OF FUTURE LAWYERS

Abstract

In the article the structural model of the communicative competence of the future lawyers is worked out, it is find out that it consists of two components – the first one is the judicial and the second one is the physiological and pedagogical. In accordance with this structure the indices of the level of the communicative competence forming and criteria of their expression are determined. The defined indices and criteria of the level of the communicative competence forming help to direct the efforts on the successive and effective influence on different objects of the professional
activity.
