PEDAGOGICAL TERMS OF APPLICATION OF CONTEXTIC TRAINING OF FUTURE BACLARES FROM LAW IN PROFESSIONAL PREPARATION

The prospective lawyer must act in the space of modern democracy, which provides for a high level of responsibility for a legal decision, his preliminary justification based on an analysis of the development of the social process, trends in strengthening the rule of law and law in the country. In this regard, professional pedagogy pays considerable attention to the problems of forming the competence of a future lawyer. The purpose of the article is to determine the pedagogical conditions for the use of contextual education for future bachelors in law in vocational training.
The article defines the pedagogical conditions for the use of contextual education for future bachelors in jurisprudence in vocational training, among which: the orientation of the educational process to provide motivation to professional activity, which is the basis of the formation of professional reliability; the content of normative disciplines should be focused on ensuring the professional reliability of future employees; in the educational process actively used active methods of training and, most importantly, innovative technologies of training use in the professional training of future bachelors of ICT in accordance with the principle of integrity; ICT should be part of the context-based informational and educational environment; active use of innovative technologies of interactive learning in order to form a professional competence, personal professional perspective and position, which is formed in the context of context learning; pedagogical support, motivation and control of teachers in the context of contextual education; active processes of professional training of future bachelors through the use of modern interactive technologies that can provide problem solving and simulated cases more interesting and informative for students.
