The article deals with the problem of professional self-realization. The study of psycho-pedagogical and scientific-methodical literature gives grounds to state that professional self-realization acts as a dynamic process of active, motivated and conscious self-expression of its essential forces and opportunities in the professional sphere. Comparative analysis of different approaches has allowed to assert that professional self-realizationis a dynamic process of active, motivated and conscious self-expression of its essential capabilities and opportunities in the professional field. Features of professional self-realization of future teachers of preschool children are revealed in pedagogical actions and relationships, identification of one self with the pedagogical profession, which are most expressed in the purely educational process and pedagogical practice.
In the course of scientific research it was determined that professional self-realization of future preschool educatorsis a manifestation of the constantly growing individual professional and personal qualities of the future teacher, which, as a result, reproduces himself in pedagogical activity in the process of interaction with children of preschool age.
The methods and forms of preparation of future preschoolers for the development of professional self-realization are determined and theoretically substantiated. Methods of pedagogical analysis, observation, studying products of activity, studying documentation, electronic portfolio are effective methods of student preparation. Excursions, pedagogical exhibitions and masterclasses are recognized as the best forms. The expediency and content of each of them is proved.
