PEDAGOGICAL PERSONNEL IN THE KIROVOGRAD REGION OF THE SECOND PART OF THE XX CENTURIES IN THE HISTORICAL-PEDAGOGICAL RESEARCHES OF SCIENTISTS

Abstract

The article the notion of creativity of public figures and teachers (V. Sukhomlynskoho, I. Tkachenko, O. Khmury, M. Kodaka, S. Maksiutina, A. Rieznica), whose activities were related to the history of the devel­opment of educational processes in the Kirovohrad region and are still poorly investigated. The historical-ped­agogical reflections of domestic scientists concerning the regional peculiarities of the educational development and pedagogical searches of pedagogues-innovators of the Kirovohrad region in the 50’s and 70’s of the 20 th century are highlighted: I. Tkachenko (the concept of labor education), O. Khmura (innovative technology of teaching), A. Rieznik (didactic and educational ideas), M. Kodak (pedagogy of cooperation), S. Maksiutin (the idea of comprehensive harmonious education of children in the extended-day school group).

It has been established that the scientific searches of Kirovohrad researchers A. Ivanko, N. Kalinichenko, V. Koretska, I. Mudryi, H. Perebyinis, A. Postelniak, B. Khizhniak et al. in the field of studying the creative heritage of educators-innovators of the region are significant and strategically important for the formation of a research paradigm for the study of the famous fellow countrymen’s work. The authors of the publications have made an attempt to analyze separate aspects of the pedagogues’ creative work and give an objective assessment of their pedagogical activity, to realize the contribution of I. Tkachenko, O. Khmury, A. Reznik, M. Kodak, S. Maksiutin et al. in the native pedagogical science. At the same time, in the process of research there have been analyzed works, which assess the innovative experience of Kirovograd region pedagogues, give grounds for the conclusion that their pedagogical heritage, pages of life and creativity still require proper comprehen­sion and complex generalizing research.

The integrated and systematic historiographic analysis of the pedagogical searches of pedagogues-inno­vators of the Kirovohrad region in the 50’s and 70’s of the 20 th century represents the possibility not only of further studying of the socio-pedagogical mentioned phenomenon, but also the practical embodiment of posi­tive historical-pedagogical experience in the realities of the domestic educational system at the present stage.
