The article considers the integrated approach to professional training of future music and pedagogicalworkers. The ideas of aesthetic education and music education are combined. It is noted that aesthetic taste isthe willingness of music teachers to analyze and perceive the beautiful, determine the aesthetic value of musicalworks, break the aesthetic perception through the mechanisms of performing works of musical art, to educatestudents in aesthetic culture.The purpose of the article is a theoretical substantiation of the method of education of aesthetic taste infuture music and pedagogical workers by means of vocal skills. The research methodology is a competency approach. The novelty is the method of educating aesthetic tastein future music and pedagogical workers by means of vocal skills. Methodology is an algorithm and proceduresfor updating the content of education, the use of variable methods and forms, means of educational work. Theformation of the ability to aesthetic taste occurs in the process of teaching vocal skills. At the emotionalmotivationalstage, the connection of the motivational sphere with emotions, which is essential in the profession,is revealed. Peculiarities of the content-executive stage of the method are updating the content of vocal trainingby supplementing psychological and pedagogical knowledge about aesthetic taste.There is an improvement of skills of concert-performing, compositional, conducting, musicological,research, pedagogical, sound-directing, managerial activities in the field of musical art by means of vocal skills.The content of the reflexive-controlling stage of the method is one’s own thoughts and experiences, doubtsand beliefs in one’s own correct actions, analysis of one’s own mental and moral state, feeling of aestheticpleasure and harmony, control and restraint of one’s emotions, self-knowledge and self-regulation.The practical significance of the method is that the level of formation of aesthetic taste of future musicand pedagogical workers increases. This affects the quality of performance of musical works, creative selfexpression,recognition of talents by grateful spectators.
