ORGANIZATIONAL AND PEDAGOGICAL CONDITIONS FOR THE FORMATION OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF FUTURE MANAGERS IN THE FIELD OF SEA AND RIVER TRANSPORT

Abstract

The purpose of the study is analyzes the scientific achievements in the formation of professionalcompetence of future managers in the field of sea and river transport, identifies and substantiatesthe organizational and pedagogical conditions of their professional training in the higher educationinstitution. Methods: theoretical and empirical general scientific methods (analysis, synthesis, comparison,systematization, generalization). Results. It is specified that the professional competence of the futuremanager in the field of sea and river transport is understood as an integral characteristic that determinesthe ability of a specialist to solve problems in the professional sphere using knowledge, life experience,values and aptitudes. It is established that the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professionalcompetence of future managers in the field of sea and river transport should include: motivation for educationalactivities and the development of applicants’ cognitive activity for higher education; the desire for self-realizationof the individual, achieved through the support of higher education institutions in various innovative practicesin the training of future professionals, including the introduction information and communication technologiesinto the educational process, active learning methods, e-portfolio technology, case study, "business game",etc.; the implementation of methodological skills and abilities of teachers and ensuring their professionaldevelopment, in order to improve the quality of educational services in higher education institutions. It isdetermined that organizational and pedagogical conditions are the characteristics of the pedagogical system,which reflects the set of potential opportunities of the spatial educational environment, the implementationof which ensures the orderly and targeted effective functioning and development of the pedagogical systemin forming professional competence of future managers in sea and river transport. Conclusions. It issubstantiated that the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the formation of professional competenceof future managers in the field of sea and river transport allow to focus on cooperation between participants inthe educational process, the development of their personal potential and active position of the students.
