MODEL OF DEVELOPMENT OF PROFESSIONAL COMPETENCE OF PERSONNEL OF PROBATION IN THE CURRENT STUDIES OF STATE CRIMINAL EXECUTION SERVICE OF UKRAINE

Abstract

In the article is researched the model of development of professional competence of personnel of the probation. The main components of such a model are analyzed. It is noted that the relevant aspects form the basis for the requirements for the development of professional competence of the staff of the probation.
