Abstract

The article analyzes the organizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of future specialistsin the medical field in the conditions of the informational and educational environment of higher educationinstitutions. The definitions of the terms “organizational and pedagogical conditions” and “informationaland educational environment” have been clarified. Researchers consider pedagogical conditions as a factor instimulating students’ activity, which contributes to the conscious assimilation of educational material and ensuresthe maximum result of activity. It has been established that the information and educational environmentcontributes to providing the activities of teachers and students with uniform technological means and has the goalof forming a successful intellectual and creatively developed personality of a future specialist in the medicalfield who possesses a high information culture. The feasibility of creating and maintaining the informationand educational environment of higher education institutions is determined by a number of factors: the need to reform education systems in accordance with the requirements of the information society; the need fordynamic adaptation of students to the ongoing social changes; increasing speed of information transfer. Theorganizational and pedagogical conditions for the training of future specialists in the medical field are outlined,including: motivation for professional activity and technological support of educational and methodologicalsupport in the conditions of the informational and educational environment of higher education institutions.It was found that one of the most important conditions for improving the quality of training of studentsof medical specialties in institutions of higher education is the formation of their professional motivation. Ithas been proven that the result of the pedagogical process in higher education depends on the organizationaland pedagogical conditions of the organization of the educational environment, the choice of methods, forms,and teaching aids. The results of the study convincingly indicate the need to increase practically-orientedinformational educational resources in the training of future specialists in the medical field.
