PEDAGOGICAL RISKS OF THE MODERN EDUCATIONAL PROCESS AND PSYCHOLOGICAL SUPPORT MANAGEMENT

Abstract

The article classifies the pedagogical risks in modern Ukrainian realities according to the standard of psy- chological security of the individual. The teacher of psychological safety defines the directions of the psychological support of the class. The attention is focused on the creating a pedagogical environment for inter- personal trust and mutual respect, as well as social sensibility, especially to the problems and needs of each individual participant in the educational process.
