METHODICAL ASPECTS OF CREATION AND USE OF DIDACTIC SIMULATION MODELS IN THE PROCESS OF STUDYING MEDICAL INFORMATICS

The present article deals with didactic imitation models (DIM) designing and methods of their application for intensive formation of lasting practical skills during the Medical Informatics discipline course. Presented are the main stages of DIM designing; defined are the basic elements of this kind of models; given are the examples of DIMs designed, which are used to form in medical students skills of working with medical expert systems for decision support.
Described is the method of teaching based on DIM application. Presented are the conclusions grounded on the results of DIM implementation in the course of Medical Informatics studies. Key words: didactic imitation models, structural-logical scheme, Medical Informatics, aims of discipline study.
