Abstract

The foreign experience of the foundation and development of the establishments of penitantiari system for under age criminals is considered in the article. The peculiarities of the creating of correctional establishments for under age criminals in Italy, Switzerland, France, Holland, England, Belgium and Russian is analuzed in the article too.
