HE SIGNIFICANCE OF A TWO-LEVEL TEXTBOOK IN THE IMPLEMENTATION OF PERSONAL ORIENTED AND COMPETENT METHODS OF TEACHING IN ALGEBRA AND BASIS OF ANALYSIS

Abstract

The requirements to the Algebra and Basis of Analysis textbook as to the implementation of the principles of personal oriented and competent methods of teaching are considered in the article. Also the notion of “a two-level textbook” is specified. The article shows that the explicit singling out the basis of school activities in а textbook allows organizing the pupils’ activity starting with the search of a plan in solving problems.
