Abstract

The article touches upon the problems of the major means of phrasal links, providing semantic unity of the text (lexical repetition, various means of secondary nomination, coinciding forms of the verbs, rhetorical interrogative sentences), methods of forming students’ understanding the functional means of language directed on their knowing the fundamentals of structural analysis of the text.
