Abstract

The article is dedicated to the issue of the influence of the pedagogy of Austria in late XVIII s and early XIX s on the development of education in European countries. Besides, the article reveals the importance of the conceptual reformative ideas of the Austrian pedagogue Y.I. von Felbiger. Moreover, the article analyzes some aspects of the expanse of his educational reforms on the Slavic territories belonging to Austrian Monarchy and Russia.
