МОВНА ТА МОВЛЕННЄВА КОМПЕТЕНЦІЯ МОЛОДШИХ ШКОЛЯРІВ

Abstract

There are language and speech competence of junior school-students and the correspondence of the school-books’ contents to the program requirements as for the forming of the language and speech skills in the center of the article. Based on the results of the completed experiment, the authors’ opinions about the necessity of changes of the tasks in school-books in the “Development of compedent speech” part and about the expediency of introduction of the Rhetoric class to the junior school-students’ schedule are expressed in the article.
