Abstract

Now that people globally undergo the transition from post-industrial period to the time of information networking it is impossible to underestimate the importance of new information technologies. And this is the main issue of the paper under consideration. We discuss some issues of implementing new information technologies into the process of education and their teaching and pedagogical values. We also offer some ideas on how to use information technologies in teaching primary school children.
