Abstract

The concept of the harmoniously developed person as the main aim of the upbringing in civilized society starting from ancient times till present days is observed in this article. The historical development of Ukraine like in other countries led to forming such a system of upbringing as one based on national features and distinctive culture of Ukrainian people. This matter was taken into account in “Osvita” (Ukraine in XXI c.). Program as well as gaining the spiritual values, physical improvement, moral, artistic and aesthetic, juridical and economic culture.
