Abstract

The article reviews the impact of the teaching style on the process of children’s education in school. The analysis of the problem is based on the materials of a study conducted by the author in a secondary school in Azerbaijan. It is concluded that every teacher, in addition to respecting the general ethical and behavioralrules in accordance with the norms accepted in the society, must have professional knowledge in the specialty, be able to establish the discipline in the classroom, know the temper and the individual characteristics of each student. The teacher should be able to control himself, to possess correct, clear diction, intonation, to support the student, and also, to reproach him if necessary.
