FORMATION OF LEADERSHIP QUALITIES OF THE FUTURE SPECIALIST IN THE SOCIAL SPHERE AS A CONDITION OF BECOMING A PROFESSIONAL

Abstract

The article states the necessity of the leadership qualities forming for a future specialist of the social sphere as a condition of becoming a professional. The indicated need for formation of leadership qualities is grounded by the need to provide integral and special professional competencies. The value of leadership qualities is conditioned by the peculiarities of social work, which is characterized by features of the socio-occupational professions. The importance of updating the aspiration of a specialist of the social sphere to the so-called acme-strategy, as an aspiration for self-improvement, maximum maturity, and the peak of professionalism is revealed.
