Abstract

In the article the problems of improvement of professional competence of educators of preschool educational establishments are examined in the system of after diploma education. The requirements which are put to the modern teachers are analysed. Professional and personalities qualities which they must own are described. Forms and methods of studies of adults are presented on the courses of the in-plant training and in an intercourse period.
