Abstract

The article highlights the development of professional competence of the future head of general educational zakladu.Rozhlyanuto different approaches to preparing future head of an educational institution in the universities and their fulfillment during training in the activity. It was found that a priority is education of high school personality. To prepare future managers is needed in the development manager navchalnoho new type of institution.
