EDUCATIONAL WORK WITH PATROL POLICE OFFICERS AT THE STAGE OF TRAINING IN HIGHER EDUCATIONAL ESTABLISHMENTS OF MIA OF UKRAINE

Abstract

Article is devoted to the problem of educational work with cadets of primary training courses of patrol police, aimed to form adequate attitudes toward citizens. Educational work is determined as a system of individual and collective influence on the cadets of primary training courses, which provides unity of influence of cadet’s collectives, educators, psychologists and patrol officers of departments of patrol service. Empirical research witnessed existence of variety interpersonal problems in communication of patrol service cadets, among them conflicts and hostile attitudes to “old” militia officers. It has been determined, that such kind of interpersonal problems is tied with stereotype thinking, wrong perception of “old” militia officers as corrupted, spoiled by “bad old system”. On soil of such perception there were conflict situations in the groups of cadets.
