Abstract

The article highlights the issues of content and organization of methodological work in modern educational institutions in the conditions of transition to market relations. We analyzed the concept of “staff development” and “methodical work”. The ways to improve the efficiency of methodical work, which is an important factor in ensuring the quality of education and the competitiveness of the institution in the education market.
