Article was dedicated to humane education which expected to build pedagogical system which based on priority of common to mankind values in personal development and lied down to take into consideration ability and free choice possibility. Personal oriental method of approach was observed as one of the way of humane education process. Expediency of application was grounded on position of pedagogical science and practice.
